Different characters appear on screen when typing due to keyboard is bad.
Cause:
Keyboard is bad.
Solution:
Replace keyboard.
1) Turn off the computer.
2) Trace the keyboard cable to the rear of the computer.
3) Grasp the keyboard plug and remove it from the keyboard connector.
4) Unpack the new keyboard.
5) Insert the plug on the new keyboard into the keyboard connector. Make sure it is securely connected.
6) Turn on the computer.
